  4. Tighten foreskin. Surgical treatment?

Hi. My problem is that my foreskin doesn't pull back and I'm very much concern about it. I don't have any sort of pain while urination, when its erect , while masturbation. And i don't want to go for circumcision. Is there any way in which i can retract my tighten foresking without any surgical treatment?
