Namaste practo user Your concerns are common and manageable, and there are clear solutions. This is addiction of masturbation Masturbating 7–8 times a day can make the nervous system over-stimulated, which often leads to very early ejaculation, increased sensitivity, fatigue, and reduced control. This pattern is functional, not permanent, and improves easily Through proper Counselling and guidance Pain while pulling back the foreskin and inability to retract it suggests phimosis or tight foreskin. Because the glans is usually covered, it can feel over-sensitive when touched. This sensitivity is expected and not a disease.

Dear Practo User, These are clear symptoms of premature ejaculation due to excessive masturbation. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation. Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive. Premature ejaculation (PE), when semen leaves the body (ejaculate) sooner than desired during sex, can cause distress and impact relationships, often stemming from psychological factors like anxiety or relationship issues, but can also be linked to physical conditions However this issue is not a major cause to worry as much as there are medications and treatment available for the same. If you genuinely interested in getting your issue resolved then you can contact me directly through google on my website or contact me through Practo. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

It seems to be premature ejaculation. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

I can understand how distressing this problem can be, but please don’t panic. In most young and middle-aged patients, such issues are more related to psychological factors, stress, or lifestyle rather than serious disease. Exact cause and appropriate treatment cannot be decided through free queries. A private consultation will help evaluate the root cause and plan proper treatment instead of temporary solutions.
