Tight throat after Meals & stomach pain

For the past 30 days I have tightness in throat after every meal and symptom gets worse sometimes recently I am experiencing stomach pain. Symptoms are increasing in evenings Please advise.

Little information as i don't think tightness in throat can be related to food, but surrounding area tightness might occur due to stone or infection of salivary glands and aggravate on taking food. Diagnosis of stomach ache require more information.
