Talk to your fellow friends who have delivered recently, your fear will go. Stay in the environment where u can get full support for your pregnancy. Your BP and sugar values are normal. It's not low BP. Burping is common in pregnancy. Your abdomen will feel tight because of growing uterus u need not fear it. Take small meals and eat frequently. Avoid spicy and oily food. Exercise regularly. Have a walk for 10 mins after eating. These measures will help you. Enjoy the changes that comes along with being pregnant.
