I have severe bloating starting afternoon time and sometimes abdomen gets painfully tight, then everything goes away in morning after a bowel movement for few hours and i feel great and light.
I have been trying to make diet changes, taking mucaine gel still not able to figure out what will give relief. Can
calcium/iron supplements also cause bloating and gas?
If i remove all gas causing food, i feel i dont have anything nutritious to eat as i am a vegetarian. Kindly let me know your suggestions or please let me know if nothing much can be done about bloating and gas discomforts?
