Dear sir My son sometimes facing tight potty. It makes him pain. And sometimes little blood found in potty. Please advice some medicine.

Give soft softner lik PEG liquid or lactulose syp..... Apply xylocaine jelly before and after passing stool... Constipation requires long term management....
