My baby she is getting very tight motion passing 2 to 3 balls daily. She's only 2 and half years old and she's getting a pain alot she's crying kindly suggest. I can't see her like that consulted with many doctors only thing I'm spending alot. Kindly suggest good treatment.

Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits.
Give fiber rich food items in diet
Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos ets
Avoid to give maida products like biscuits,
Restrict milk intake to 500 -600 ml per day
