Tight foreskin on penis
Past month i affected by mums and because of my careless my right scrotum get swelled for that I admitted in the hospital there they treat me with antibiotics.
Now swelling is cured but past 4days my foreskin in penis get tight and it didn't allow penis head to comeout. When I pull back my foreskin it give irritation and pain. It become too tight and stick with my penis head. Kindly give me the solution for my health issue. Is this serious issue?
