I broke my tibia fibula both in an accident had a compound fracture and deep wound it is the xray after 2 months of surgery is there any improvement or need bone grafting And when i will be able to walk?

Ideally it should have fixed with IMIL nail before , but your surgeon have done best possible based on your condition at the time of injury . Right now It’s not uniting as it should be so better to go with revision surgery earliest or you should be ready to wait till it unites which may take 4-6 months .

Well done job. Fracture seems to be uniting, with poor callus formation. You should be up & about with the help of a pair of crutches.

There is little bit of varus fixation...looks like in uniting stage now...the fixation is not very strong according to your age...will need to examine u to confirm whether this will unite or u need a revision surgery
