Thyroid TSH 8.89
My name is Vaibhav/29/M/5'3" On feb2017 i had suffered from Alopiicia (2 paches of hair loss in head and some 2/3 in chin) my Dr suggest go for TSH,T3,T4 test... On feb-2017 TSH is 7.57 and Dr suggest 50 mg drug. Due to irregularity habits now i had suffered from TSH is high 8.89 (7.57 to 8.89) Now i know this is a serious matter and must need to fight ! Go to homeopathy Dr and he suggested THYROIDINUM 3X (Dose 2Tab*3 times a day) My question:M i on right way or go to Allopathic,this is life ti

You thyroid tests are mildly abnormal. We see this often in people with alopecia. This condition may not always need treatment. I do not know about homeopathy treatments and so unable to comment. I would suggest that you get anti tpo antibody blood test and then consult an endocrinologist
