Tirads 4 and follicular lesion means u need to undergo surgery and removal of the gland. Need to send the gland for Pathological examination as there is a possibility of malignancy.

Please meet a good Head & Neck Oncosurgeon(ENT Surgeon subdpecialising in Cancer surgery) to have your cancerous thyroid removed. Nowadays Hyderabad has many Robotic Surgery centers doing this surgery. It may be a bit more expensive but has many benefits to merit spending the higher amount.
