TSH fine, T4 on higher side. Better reduce dose slightly. 112.5mcg instead of 125mcg would be my opinion.

You are very slightly over-replaced on 125 mcg Thyronorm. In such cases, most endocrinologists will reduce the dose by 12.5–25 mcg (i.e., to 112 mcg or 100 mcg) and recheck after 6–8 weeks. This is especially important because: Long-term mild overtreatment (even with normal TSH) can increase risk of osteoporosis and atrial fibrillation, especially after age 50–60. Your TSH is good, but T4 is on the higher side → reducing a little will bring both into ideal range.
Next Steps
Reduce to 100 mcg or 112 mcg daily → Recheck TSH, Free T4 (not Total T4 preferably) after 6–8 weeks → If you have any palpitations, anxiety, weight loss, or bone pain → reduce sooner. Please show this message to your doctor. Almost certainly they will agree to reduce the dose.

Reports are normal. Stay on 125 mcg for now and repeat TSH after 6–8 weeks to confirm stability of levels. For further consultation kindly connect via practo. Thank you.

Your thyroid reports look good — the TSH and T4 are within the normal range.
Next Steps
You can continue Thyronorm 125 mcg as you’ve been taking for another 2 months and repeat the test and can think of reducing the dose under the supervision of your doctor based on the repeat results
Health Tips
Repeat the thyroid test after about 2 months or earlier if you notice symptoms like tiredness, weight changes, or hair fall.
