Hello dr. My mother is 63 yrs old .she's having T3 0.90 T4 3.10 TSH 75.10 She's a patient of multiple myeloma also. And taking lenangio 20 mg. Can u plz suggest any medicine for thyroid and how to take it. Thank u.

Very very high levels of TSH. does she have neck swelling?such high levels will land up in very serious complications of hypothyroidism.Undergo a thorough cardiac evaluation also. Visit endocrinologist
