do you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism? (underachieve thyroid). these include tiredness, fatigue, feeling sleepy or inactive during the day, intolerance to cold, weight gain, menstrual bleeding problems, dry skin, constipation, hair loss etc? you don't need to have all of these symptoms, you may have only few or none at all. coming directly to your question, yes, TSH of 10.37 means you have hypothyroidism ( if the test result is accurate from a good, reputed lab) and you need treatment for Levothyroxine tablets (Thyronorm). You should take the medicine daily before breakfast. You should check TSH again after 6 weeks and based on the result, doctor will adjust the dose of your medicine. Don't worry, it's not a serious disease, you have hormone deficiency and the medicine you will take will correct this deficiency. But you should take it correctly and not stop taking itty yourself.
