I am suffering with hypothyroidism during my pregnancy nd post pregnancy also. My baby is 3 months old. In January my tsh was 83 i was on homeopathy medicine. But yesterday i tested it was 270. I started eltroxine 150 today. Should i stop breastfeeding my baby??
