Regarding subclinical hypothyroidism

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I'm 26 years old male. My blood test report shows t3 t4 are in normal range and tsh level is 5.75 and hba1c level is 6 . Should I take medicine for thyroid (eltroxin ) and for diabetes (metformin) ?? Or what should I do now?
