I have been taking eltroxin 25 mcg since 2 years.my recent levels are t3 1.41,t4 9.77,tsh 3.22.should I increase my dose or it is ok.is it necessary to increase dose in pregnancy because throughout pregnancy my tsh was normal .my daughter was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism

If Free T4 and TSH levels are normal you may not need to increase doses. During pregnancy the requirement goes up and doses need to be increased.
