Thyroid disorder
I have attached my reports. TSH is very high 56.90 uIU/ml. Instead of 5.5 uIU/ml. I am facing the problem like hair fall, body cramp, neck pain, low sleep, confusion, nervous, dry scaly skin. My body weight is not gaining.  Please advise and provide medication to reduce/cure this disorder.

Cure can be achieved by treating the underlying problem. Just treating the symptoms will put you on life long medication. Generally thyroid gland issues are due to 1. deficiency of magnesium, vita b12, zinc, iodine, vita c, vita b2, vita b3, selenium, iron, vita d, vita A. 2. Non conversion of t4 to t3 ( mainly due to sluggish liver) 3. autoimmune condition ( mostly related to wheat and diary) In current medical treatment, focus is on elimination of the symptoms but underlying condition is not looked into.
