Hi! 😊 Your report shows elevated TSH with low normal T4 this indicates hypothyroidism, which is very common and easily manageable. I can help feel much better quickly with the right treatment. Book a quick consultation with me now I'll review it fully and give you a clear plan.

I reviewed your report. Your TSH is 12.09 μIU/mL which is significantly elevated — the normal range is 0.35–4.94. Your T3 and T4 are within normal limits, which means you have hypothyroidism — your thyroid is underactive and the pituitary is compensating by producing excess TSH. Yes, you do need medication. The standard treatment is Levothyroxine (thyroid hormone replacement), and the dose will be decided by a doctor based on your weight and TSH level. Please see a physician or endocrinologist to get this started. Leaving a TSH of 12 untreated can cause fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and other issues over time.
