Thyroid after pregnancy
My wife was taking thyrox 50mcg before pregnancy, during pregnancy her dose increased to 150mcg during her last trimester, after delivery her dose was adjusted to 100mcg and she is taking the same even after 8month of delivery. Yesterday her report was as follows: TSH   0.04 T3      145 T4      14.6 What dose she should take from now onwards?

Now she is in hyperthyroid state because of more dosage. Reduce dose to 50mcg only. Repeat thyroid profile after one week. If she develops any hyperthyroidism symptoms she needs to be treated.
