Thud like sensation in chest
I have fatty liver grade 2 and ast/alt levels were bit high, Anxiety, ECG,ECHO and TMT were normal
Plz help why I am feeling this thud like sensation in chest

This seems more of anxiety as far as thud sensation is concerned. I would suggest a gastroenterologist consultation for fatty liver grade 2 category. If body weight/BMI is high, that too would require an intervention with life style modification.
