Hi sir/mam
I had injured my spine a month ago and diagnosed with l2 fracture with minor nerve compression , i told to have bed rest for 1+2 months.
But since last night i am having throbbing pulse feeling in my left leg and also like someone has wore a ring in right leg toe.
Please what should i do i am really worried .
Is there a cure for it
