I was accidentally kicked in the neck yesterday and since that time I am having vomitting (no blood) and also a lot of pain while swallowing. Do I need to consult a doctor or will the pain disappear in a day or two.

You seem to be suffering from traumatic injury of the neck. If you don't have breathing difficulties and bleeding then you need not worry as pain will resolve spontaneously. You need to take symptomatic treatment like painkillers for few days
