Throat pain could be due to tonsillitis which also causes node enlargement in the neck.. But it is also possible that the tooth is infected and the infection is causing pain and swelling in the neck.. Please consult online for further evaluation of the throat and prescription for your problem

As per your history it could be tonsillitis.
It would have been better if you shared the picture of throat aswell.
Give her
Tab. Azee 500mg once a day
Tab. Xerodol SP twice a day
Tab. Pan 40mg once a day
Tab. Levocet 5mg twice a day
Betadine mouth wash after each meal
Continue for 5 days
