Dear sir, I am having throat pain with dry cough and bodyache and little warm feeling.... can I take paracetamol 500 and azax 500.

It is best to avoid antibiotics in the first three days of symptoms. Yes, if you are not allergic to paracetamol you can take it three times a day. Also take steam and saline gargles and plenty of fluids.
