Throat pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Two weeks back it started with bit of throat pain and slight fever. I took paracetamol and had no fever. Last week again I had throat pain with slight fever for one day. Fever is gone now but still feel pain or sort of pinch in throat while taking saliva in. Please suggest any medicine for throat pain.
