Throat pain
Throat pain since last 9 days but don't have fever the pain feels around tonsils and radiates towards ear also have 4 month old nose block problem.Is it normal throat problem or I should have to worry because of current scenario.

Throat infections/tonsil infections do radiate to ears because they share a common nerve. However a sore throat persisting over a week in current scenario or otherwise is better treated and not ingored till it gets severe. In current scenario it will depend on other chest symptoms, other comorbidities like diabetes and hypertension etc along with travel and contact history to make decision. If this is really bothering you then better to get screened than not.
Now regarding nose block, if there are other symptoms like runny nose , headache, nasal discharge etc then might be a sinus issue.
