Throat pain, rhinitis, wet cough
I have pain in my Throat 3 days ago. I used to use ibuprofen as pain reliefer, drinking hot drinks and use salty water as gargle.
The question is: now if I have very small white patch in my tonsils (micro patch) , I need to use Antibiotics?!
I have wet cough and rhinitis.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. Since you are symptomatically better no treatment is required for white patch and you can try doing salt water gargling. For cold you can use anti cold Preparations
