Hi, I'm active smoker and now after years of smoking my throat is paining on even drinking warm water in morning.Rest time duration in a day it tells ok .Do I have to worry about my diabetic test level is ok.Is something else suggest I read few articles on throat cancer which says dryness in throat and fatigue in body daily life can cause issue.Please suggest if any test or screening could be done to get doubt clear.Sticks has been reduced to just 1 -2 in a day. Thanks. Thanks
