  4. Throat pain. Were prescribed me earlier?

My throat is paining(because of granular pharyngitis) from 3 days i can't eat or drink its paining alot. Previously i have consulted to a ENT specialist he prescribed me TAB.ZOCEF CV 500(CEFUROXIME) for 2 times a day, TAB.ZERODOL SP for 2 times a day, CAP.RABEPRAZOLE, AND SYP.PAN MPS O for 7 days. I got relief after 7 days of treatment now after 8 months i am facing the same problem i have small red colour ulcers type spots on the back of my throat and it getting worse day by day and because of this covid-19 i am afraid of going outside so please suggest me what should i do Should i start taking the same medicines which were prescribed me earlier? I have attached a pic of my throat
