I was admitted in hospital for diarrhoea and was on iv antibiotics and developed severe acidity. It was travelling up on my throat and produce bitter taste. And next day I developed extremely painful throat. I also feel something there. And extremely dry. Coughing is also there. Can it be sore throat due to acid reflux or pharangitis. I'm attaching photo. How long will it take to cure?

Ur throat looks congested ... Could be pharyngitis ... Betakind mouth gargles will help , drink lots of water , avoid sour and spicy food ... if the symptoms persist plz consult an ent specialist
