I've been having a throat and neck pain for 2 days.. Sometime I feel I have cancer... I took two three appointments of a general doctor But problem is not solve yet

Hello....  Throat cancer is very commonly seen  in gutka, tobacco users.  Two  days of throat  pain is not cancer ... Don't imagine diseases unnecessarily, it could  be throat infection, tonsillitis, oral  ulcer etc...  Gargle  with salt  water...  Consult general physician in nearest hospital.
