Throat pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having throat pain from last 1 week , no fever, no cough , I am having pain in leg and sometime suddenly itching in body . Acidity problem also . I am doing gargle on daily basis but still my throat condition is not good . Little pain in throat and sometimes it like something has stuck in my throat . Plz advise mouth picture attached
