I am experiencing pain in throat , left side since last evening. My left side lymph nodes seem to be swollen and pain is radiating to ear and lower neck on left side. Can you please suggest a medicine course and diet plan.

As you have left sided cervical lymphadenopathy,there is a possibility of infections or inflammation in the surrounding areas (tonsil/gum/oral cavity).. visit an ENT specialist for assessment..
