She seems to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. She may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Azax needs to be taken once daily for three days and crocin needs to be taken thrice daily
