  4. Throat pain. If any problem with it?

Had a little sore throat last night This morning, I had a sore throat and when I coughed, I saw little blood coming out with yellow mucus if any problem with it? No fever and no cough only throat pain

Can be sputum coming from the nose or underlying sinusitis might be there ,you might have to get evaluated not looking very serious
