Throat pain
From Last two days I am feeling mild throat pain at the right side. Feeling like something is stuck in my throat. I have started gurgles once a daily with salt only. Actually I am very much worry about COVID. last Friday I went outside and closed many people, and then from Saturday I Feeling this throat pain..but I weared mask,gloves. Pls suggest. I don't have fever, breathing problem.

If ppl around u weren't symptomatic and u took proper precaution then u shdnt be worried although be careful when u go out ... We shdnt let our guard down ... For now do salt water gargles ... Avoid hot and spicy food .. consult online if symptoms persist
