Cold food can cause cough, sore throat. Don’t worry. Continue gargle with betadine/ lukewarm salt water 2-3 times a day. In most cases, it’s viral and will subside on its own within 7-10 days. If any symptoms trouble you, the just take symptomatic relief medication.
Next Steps
Consult online, if condition doesn’t improve.
Health Tips
1) Drink lukewarm water 8-10 glasses per day till throat pain goes away. 2) Avoid any cold food/ beverages. 3) Stay at home, stay safe.
