Your symptoms are associated with gastritis associated with ulcers. The usual symptoms are heart burn or metallic taste in mouth secondary to food consumption . Your symptoms like throat pain can be associated with the gastric reflux . So some practical suggestion are avoid spicy oily food , masala food , coffee , have a 2 hour gap after dinner and going to sleep , avoid having heavy dinners. and treatment would just be doing the above suggestion and having an antacid like tab sompraz -D 1-0-0 daily for close to a month . Hope This helps you .
