Throat irritation and pain on left side

Asked for Male, 15 Years

I have irritation on left side of my throat and a little pain and often I feel like something is in my throat also tenderness in lymph node under jaw left side and also I'm coughing. It's been 2-3 days please help me. Is it something concerning and also provide treatment details.🙏🏻
