Past 2 days I am feeling pain in my throat when swallowing something. I think this is because of very cold milkshakes I have during late night 2-3 day's back. Please suggest some meditation

So it could be due to pharyngitis that is inflammation in your throat produced by taking cold liquids. Need to see the picture of your throat.

Till then you can just take some lukewarm water and gargle with it take a lot of hot fluids. and avoid any oily and spicy food and you can use glycerine for gargling. You can also take an antiallergic medication which suits you ,like maybe certrizine etc.
