Throat infection.. mouth ulcer
I am suffering  Mouth ulcer.  Today is 6th day doctor .  white dots including red circel . very pain and I can't eat  any foods . Only  liquid items. plz help me doctor . I taking b complex tablet

Where exactly is the ulcer?? A picture would be of help.
Next Steps
Apply ointment Zytee on the ulcer 10-15 min before food, this should numb the pain a little and help you eat. chew tab Limcee twice a day. continue b complex. but if this does not help or is recurrent you will need a consult.
