Asked for Male, 7 Years

Kid has Throat pain resulted out of infection. Already given ebast suspension 1 tbspn, azilide (azithromycin oral suspension ) 1 tbspn. Should I give him drotin suspension as the kid is feeling pain in throat. ??? Or what to give him?

Continue with the prescribed medication and give him paracetamol syrup for the pain. Also make him do salt water gargles thrice a day.
