Throat infection/inflammation
For the last two months i suffer from throat pain and white spot on back of my throat.
I have taken antibiotics and other medicines but no improvement is there.
My toncil gland are also enlarged.
I feel some sensation in my throat like

Sometime food items get stuck in tonsillar crypts and pits. That may give rise to foreign body sensation .
Next Steps
do gargles with warm saline 4 to 5 times a day. avoid spicy oily and chilled items
