I've been facing throat pain,cough,pain ineating etc (from 1 year).I consult doctor two times but still i facing this problem.

Continuous throat pain lasting for a year is unlikely to be because of infection. There is possibility that you might be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. Long term treatment anti reflux medications with dietary changes might be required
