I have a reaction i my throat for more than week, its little hard to swallow food and also pain sensations in my throat. I also feel tired and cold. I have visited 3 doctors haven't received any satisfactory results. I have also rinsed my mouth with HEXIDINE

What you have is Granular Pharyngitis Which could be either due to acid reflux or rhinosinusitis Hard to swallow and pain is the inflammation Tired and cold meaning you must have had a viral infection which had progressed to bacterial infection Which means you should take complete bed rest and plenty of fluids
