It can be a pharyngitis or gastric acid reflux which is causing you pain,irritation in throat

Next Steps

Take pantosec dsr 40 mg early morning empty stomach for gastric reflux .Allegra and chlorpheniramine are same anti allergics to be taken in pregnancy but it can cause a bit of drowziness.Take betadine gargles in warm water twice daily to sooth soreness of throat.
