Throat discomfort
Hello Doctor From past two weeks I had a little pain in my left throat muscles near the apple ( only when I touch it) Then I consulted a online ENT then she consulted me Myospaz tablets for 5 days. But now from past two I can feel pain on my back neck sometimes with tightness on my left neck muscles, and when I swallow I cant feel any pain but jus can feel some heaviness in my throat. What can be the cause for only left muscles pain

Near apples? There is a Adam's apple which is the shield shaped Thyroid cartilage. Muscle pain is usually caused by stretching the muscles or straining by putting in unusual position or overloading the muscles. Sometimes neck spasm can be due to infection of underlying organs.
