I see myself as the most stupid and worthless person and continuous thoughts of bad things happened in the past are disturbing me everytime. Even at the time of sleeping.. That thoughts lead me to think myself as a worthless person. Also i am not getting hungry or eating properly as the thoughts continuously defocus my mind from eating.. Please help
