I am having throat issues since last 45 days
Previously i have mouth ulcers pain redness and white tonsitils sore throat i have improved but not fully having sore throat still doctor says you have gerd have to clear throat again N again i have history of CHEWING PAN MASALA SINCE 6-7 YEARS RN I LEFT EVERYTHING PIC ATTACHED PLZ HELP White coating on tongue red red dots also plz help me out
